With the recently added CL/QL firmware update version 5.6 Yamaha added this specific support for Neutrik’s new DANTE network device. The NA2-IO-DPRO is Neutrik’s small but powerful I/O solution to add more flexibility in a network setup for Line, MIC and AES signals.

Using the DPRO for example on a truss, is a convenient way to establish ambient miking with short cable runs and then remote control it via Yamaha CL/QL consoles is a real improvement for a Pro AV work environment.
